Introduction

At Shortlist, currently, we run 2 types of roles - full-service and self-service. In which, 35% of job searches are niche roles with specific requirements, and the rest of the jobs have general needs.

So what's the problem?

Currently, the internal team is running these roles offline, due to which:

• Data is not accessible in the easiest way to other team members.
• The lifecycle of the process becomes lengthy as there's a lot of back and forth between employers and the internal team.
